Self-Care During Stressful Times

This workshop is geared toward individuals looking to gain tips on regulating their emotions and self-care, particularly during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Participants will be able to identify how personal life and workplace stressors may be affecting their mental and physical health. Participants will learn various intervention strategies related to time management, boundary setting, and emotional and physical health.  

Goals:

  • Participants will be able to define the meaning of well-being
  • Participants will gain an understanding of the changing work environment due to COVID-19 which has layered impacts on various aspects of our lives
  • Participants will be able to identify when life stressors are becoming problematic to their overall well-being
  • Participants will walk away with tangible skills and tips on better caring for themselves
